Microsoft Outlook is een e-mailclient en persoonlijk informatiebeheer voor Windows en OS X. Het is beschikbaar als onderdeel van Microsoft Office maar kan ook zelf worden aangeschaft. Een mobiele versie is gebundeld met Windows Phone en is ook beschikbaar voor Android en iOS.
Outlook heeft veel functies waarmee u uw contacten en planning kunt bijhouden. Het heeft filters en contextopdrachten waarmee je je agenda kunt filteren en intuïtief je e-mail kunt sorteren. U kunt meerdere contactpersonen integreren in één weergave om de informatie en sociale mediastatus van elk contact te bekijken.
Met dit programma kunt u uw informatie synchroniseren met mobiele apparaten en internetdiensten, zodat u overal toegang heeft tot uw agenda en e-mail . U kunt uw agenda ook met andere mensen delen en vergaderverzoeken verzenden.
Microsoft Outlook wordt vaak gebruikt in zakelijke omgevingen omdat het Microsoft Exchange Server ondersteunt. Het is een goede kalendertool en e-mailclient voor zowel professionele als thuisgebruikers.
